Please remember that we can not answer specific questions about your pay or tax code. Queries about your pay and how it has been calculated should be addressed to your company's HR or payroll team.

Forgot your password?
Select "I forgot" on the PayDashboard log in page to reset your password.

New payslip notifications
You will receive an email when a new payslip is waiting for you. You can manage the notifications that you receive in the "My Profile" area of your PayDashboard account.

Found a bug or technical issue?
PayDashboard's inbuilt technical alerts will automatically let our team know about errors that are encountered on the platform. But if you see something else that you think needs fixing, just email support@paydashboard.com and we will look in to it.
